Patience 8/16/00 Patience Why is patience such a hard emotion or abillity,whatever the hell it is,Why is it so hard to obtain? Why,because were impatient,it's ironic isn't it.But am I wrong in saying patience is another word for control?Because if your in control your patient,que no? See I am at a point in my life where I'm not in control therefore I'm impatient.My mind runs a continuous marathon,even when I sleep.The baton just gets passed to the nocturnal bandit who runs from one dream to the next.And it seems as he runs past me he snickers and yell's "Hey Loser" and I wake up!I pray,rebuke satan and go back to sleep. But when I wake up the starting gun fires all over again!Am I a control freak? Probably,but even if I was I don't have enough control to admit it!What the Fu*k am I talking about? Be patient my friend-You'll soon understand! |
